Following in the footsteps of previous editions, in 2019, the Gastronomic Congress Andalucía Sabor will develop a complete and attractive programme of presentations in which Andalusian chefs will participate, paying special attention to the new talents that make up the main asset of the Andalusian cuisine and a promising relay for the future. National and international renown chefs will be also represented. They will share their knowledge and experiences in this great Andalusian gastronomy forum, which this year will be focused on Andalusian high-quality agri-food and fishery products.
