Conference Programme

Following in the footsteps of previous editions, in 2019, the Gastronomic Congress Andalucía Sabor developed a complete and attractive programme of presentations in which Andalusian chefs participated, paying special attention to the new talents that make up the main asset of the Andalusian cuisine and a promising relay for the future. National and international renown chefs were also represented. They shared their knowledge and experiences in this great Andalusian gastronomy forum, which this year was focused on Andalusian high-quality agri-food and fishery products.
