Workshops

Another of the attractions of the Congress is the creation of a Gastronomic Classroom where a dozen workshops were given that addressed specific aspects related to gastronomy, such as the selection and preparation of wine charts, the professional tasting of extra virgin olive oils , the professional tasting of craft beers and their pairing with Andalusian artisan cheeses, live cooking workshops, gastronomic excellence for hotel chains and the design and production of menus for restaurants and hotels on food intolerances.
