Andalucía Sabor is the official meeting of a leading agri-food and fishing player such as Andalusia. It is a professional and monographic meeting which concentrates all the food supply of Andalusia every two years to strengthen its presence in the national and international markets. All the professionals of the food and haute cuisine sectors will come together in this event which enshrines the leadership of the agri-food industry of Andalusia beyond its borders. The 7th edition of Andalucía Sabor will be held in September 2019, and it will be based on the precedent outstanding success of previous editions.

Agri-food companies and Regulating Boards, distributors, hotel and catering operators, people responsible for purchasing chains and centres, gastronomy professionals... Andalucía Sabor will summon all the operators in the agri-food and fisheries sectors, and will allow them to be part of the new trends to renew and strengthen the different business lines. In 2019, importers from the major world powers will attend the exhibition, a fact that will reinforce the international projection and the commercial nature of the meeting.
Avant-garde exhibition of Andalusian quality products
Exhibiting companies and visitors will participate in a full programme of activities, which in previous editions was composed of wine tastings of extra virgin olive oil, Iberian ham, pairings that combine wine and gastronomy, contests of ham cutters, tapas and desserts, round tables, presentations made by Regulating Boards and private companies, etc.
The combination of disciplines is a characteristic of this unique gastronomic summit, which also includes a gastronomic congress that will be held in parallel to the exhibition and that will have, again, a representation of the best chefs on the international scene to rediscover the excellence and melting of cultures existing in Andalusia through our cuisine.
